Terms of service

The deal between you and us, in plain language.

The service

Organize My Resume scores your resume against a job posting (keyword coverage), checks how easy each line is to skim (recruiter readability), flags personal details that employers in the country you choose may not expect, and lets you edit and export your resume. It can also write a cover letter for you from your resume and a job description you provide. It can also write a short follow-up email for you the same way. Both are written by AI, and we never send an email for you. It works for job applications in any market.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Your content

Your resumes and job postings stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you, including, when AI features are on (the tips, the cover letters and the follow-up emails), sending text to our AI provider to write them. We don't use your content to train AI models. Upload only content you have the right to use.

What our scores are, and aren't

Every score and flag comes with an explanation of how it was worked out. They're guidance, not a prediction: no tool can promise an interview or an applicant-tracking-system outcome. AI tips, cover letters and follow-up emails can be wrong, so read them before you use or send them. A cover letter is written by AI and can be wrong or off in tone: read it, change anything that isn't true, and don't send it until you're sure it says what you mean. You're responsible for what your resume says; never add anything that isn't true. A follow-up email is written by AI too and can be wrong: read it and change anything that isn't true before you copy it into your own email. We never send email for you. You're responsible for what you send.

The country check describes common hiring norms in the country you choose. It's general guidance, not legal, immigration or employment advice, and laws and employer practices change. Check official sources or a qualified professional before you rely on it.

Plans and payments

  • Free: 3 job-posting analyses, 1 cover letter and 5 PDF or Word exports a month.
  • 30-day pass (US$9 or ₱299) and 90-day pass (US$19 or ₱699): 50 analyses in total on the 30-day pass, 150 analyses in total on the 90-day pass, 30 cover letters in total on the 30-day pass, 60 cover letters in total on the 90-day pass, and unlimited exports for the pass period.
  • Follow-up emails: 1 a month on Free, 60 in total on the 30-day pass and 120 in total on the 90-day pass. They are written by AI, so read them before you send them.
  • Passes are one-time payments with no auto-renew. When a pass ends you go back to Free, and nothing else is charged.
  • Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your payment details.

Fair use

To keep the service working for everyone, please don't:

  • use it for someone else's resume without their permission;
  • scrape, copy or resell the service or its results, or access it with bots or automated tools;
  • try to break, overload or probe the service, or get around its security, limits or rate limits;
  • create extra accounts to get around the free plan's limits;
  • upload anything unlawful or harmful, such as malware.

We may limit or close accounts that do.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and download your data first. We may suspend or close an account straight away if it seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or to protect the service or other people. Otherwise, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download your data. If we pause your account we'll tell you why, unless the law or safety stops us, and you can write to us to ask us to look again.

Accounts with no sign-in or resume activity for 60 days are deleted, after a warning email 14 days before. You can download your data at any time before then.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, you can delete your account before then.

Our software and brand

The service, its software, design and name belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. The resumes you create and export are yours.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will get you an interview or a job.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost job opportunities, lost income or lost data (please keep your own copies of your resumes);
  • our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₱1,000, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights under consumer protection law.
