- What counts as an analysis?
- Each analysis you run from the Dashboard or a resume page uses one, and it's saved to that resume's history. Editing your resume, the live score in the editor, Guided edit and the Country check don't use one.
- What counts as an export?
- Each PDF or Word download of your resume. Free includes 5 a month; passes include unlimited exports.
- Does a pass renew?
- No. Passes are one-time purchases. Nothing renews, and there's nothing to cancel.
- What happens when my pass ends?
- You're back on Free with 3 analyses, 1 cover letter and 5 exports a month. It also includes 1 follow-up email a month. Your resumes, saved edits and past analyses stay in your account. Nothing is charged.
- Why two prices?
- You can pay in US dollars by card, or in pesos online with PayMongo. Each price is set on its own; we don't convert between them, so the price you see is the price you pay.
