What this product actually does.

A plain list of what you can do today, and what we do in return.

What the software reads

  • Keyword coverage

We pull the terms from the job posting and give each one points; required terms are worth more. Your score is the points for the terms your resume contains.

  • Every term, shown

Found or missing, required or nice-to-have, how many points it's worth, where in your resume it was found, and when it matched a different spelling.

  • What was parsed

See the plain text we extracted from your file next to the recruiter view, so a missing section or a mangled date is easy to spot.

What a person skims

  • Recruiter readability

Each bullet is checked for a weak opening, no number or result, buzzwords, and length over 30 words. Every flag says which rule it broke; strong lines are marked too.

  • Phrasing check

Starts at 100 and drops for passive voice, filler phrases like “responsible for”, buzzwords and very long sentences.

  • Works without a posting

Recruiter readability doesn't need a job posting, so you can improve your lines before you've found the job.

Then fix it.

  • Edit in the browser

Fix lines in the editor and the scores update a moment after you stop typing. Each save keeps a new version.

  • Guided edit

Go section by section — contact, summary, each role, education, skills — with suggestions for each section. They come from fixed rules, not AI, and you decide what to change.

  • Write the cover letter.

A first draft from your saved resume and the job description you choose, in a plain, professional voice. It's told to use only what your resume says, and we check each draft for invented numbers, but AI can still get things wrong. You edit it, restore the first draft if you want, then copy it or download it. AI writes the draft, so read it before you send it.

  • Write the follow-up email.

After you apply, interview or hear nothing back, write a short email from your saved resume and the job. For an interview thank-you you add one thing you discussed, because we can't know what was said. It's told to use only what your resume and your note say, and we check each draft for invented numbers, but AI can still get things wrong. AI writes the draft, so read it before you send it. We never send email for you.

  • Your library

Every resume you upload is kept with its analyses, so you can compare keyword coverage across postings.

What we don't do.

  • Write your resume from scratch
  • Add keywords you can't back up
  • Make up numbers or results for your lines
  • Promise interviews or an “ATS pass rate”
  • Replace reading the job posting yourself
